About the event
This is a four hour comprehensive workshop that goes beyond self defense.
There will be a 1 hour lunch break from 11am-12pm.
This is a street clothes workshop. Be prepared to be barefoot when inside on the mat, and have tennis shoes for the parking lot portion.
The workshop ittenerary will be emailed upon completion of registration.
Informational handouts will be provided day of.
